Damoye, MD/CEO of Contact Solutions (ConSol Limited). He was formerly Executive Director until June 2021. He is a founding member of the company which is Nigeria's foremost indigenous contact centre services provider. Prior to this he was Chief Technical Officer at Etisalat Nigeria (Mubadala). Etisalat was the fifth entrant into the Nigerian mobile communications market that launched its services in 2008.Before joining Etisalat, He was Chief Operating Officer & Acting CEO of MTS First Wireless between November 2005 and November 2006 with responsibility for the programme office, commercial and technology divisions. From 2001 – 2005 Damoye was General Manager, Systems Planning and Acting Chief Technical Officer at MTN Nigeria, the #1 telecommunications provider in Nigeria. He was instrumental to the record breaking achievement of this company. Before returning to Nigeria in 2001, Damoye worked for Ericsson in Belgium as a consultant in two stints spanning 3 years. Whilst there he led the solutions team in Ericsson’s bid responses for 2G and 3G networks in the Benelux. In between his stints at Ericsson, he worked for Tekelec Inc of the USA at Orange PCS in the UK deploying an advanced signaling network. Damoye started his career at BTCellnet (now 02) in the UK in the network planning division."He brings circa 30 years of ICT and Telecommunications expertise with network operators, major equipment vendors and service providers. He holds a BSc Hons (Eng'g) degree from Imperial College London. He is married to Kehinde with a set of triplets.
