ConSol offers Support & Maintenance options structured to provide 2nd line and 3rd line support for contact centre deployments.  Support & Maintenance includes Software Support, which provides 24x7 support for software and software updates. Software Support plus upgrades includes a one or three-year subscription to all major upgrades for AltiGen applications.  Our support also includes hardware maintenance with proactive remote monitoring and alarm resolution covering 99% of system troubles. Our IP Support Services comes in two options that provide monitoring and optional management of AltiGen IP Telephony, as well as dedicated helpdesk support line that is available 24x7 in line with our SLA.  We also provide Software Release Management, remote tracking and provisioning of AltiGen software updates.  Our support packages are put in place to give our clients that added peace of mind to guarantee a hitch free operation of their contact centre.
