ConSol is the premier provider of public safety (emergency services) contact centre and communication solutions in Nigeria. We offer professional advice and services to government on how to build, operate and manage emergency services trough a call centre. ConSol has deployed, managed and operated the first ever emergency services call/contact centre in Nigeria for the Lagos State Government, using the 767 toll free access number, successfully since March 2008.
ConSol provides emergency services support on a 24/7/365 basis to ensure public safety. The service address all call centre run emergencies. Some services exist solely for addressing certain types of emergencies whilst others deal with ad hoc emergencies as part of their normal responsibilities. Many of our services include community awareness and prevention programs to help the public avoid, detect, and report emergencies effectively. There are three services which are almost universally acknowledged as being core to the provision of emergency services to the populace, and often provided by the govt.
At ConSol we manage calls summoned on a dedicated toll free emergency number, reserved for critical emergency calls. These calls are escalated and transferred to the following core agencies: police, fire service and ambulance for medical services.
